Argentine President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner has been known to speak a lot and be very vocal. People are starting to get worried about her because her last public appearance was a month ago. It was also been 33 days since her last tweet on Twitter. Fernandez went on medical leave in October she could get emergency surgery to remove a blood clot in her brain.
