He went through many doctor visits and got as much help as he could. He was 8 years old and was being bullied but he couldn't tell anyone because he was mute. His mom didn't want him to go through it and she felt that he was just miserable, she murdered him by overdosing him on pills. She says she wanted to kill herself when he passed away.

  12. A dog in Alabama gets his owner busted for illegal drug offenses. All this with a wag of its tail. The dog, Bo, was working in the incident when police executed a drug search warrant this week at the Prattville home of suspect Edward Melvin Henderson.
Henderson took off and dashed toward a wooded area at the back of his home, the Prattville Police Department said in a statement. Bo ran after Henderson after investigators told the dog to "go get him." Authorities briefly lost sight of them and were close to giving up. But an excited Bo had found his owner hiding in tall grass, and was wagging his tail. Authorities saw the tail and arrested Henderson. "Henderson was taken into custody without further incident, thanks to his dog Bo," the statement said. "The search warrant resulted in the recovery of methamphetamine and components from a meth lab." Henderson was charged with failure to obey police, two counts of unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Relatives are taking care of Bo and the local animal control has been checking up on him.

  16. Usually on halloween, if you had out candy you pen your door to trick or treaters. And that what a couple and their 2-year old son on Long Island thought they were doing when they answered the door to three masked adults. These adults then forced their way in to the Farmingdale home. The couple were demanded to sit down, and when the husband refused to sit down he was pistol wiped several times receiving lacerations to the head. Their feet were bound with duct tape and two more people joined the attachers. While they were rummaging through things in the house the woman freed herself, and ran to the neighbors house, after grabbing her son, and called the police, then the attachers fled. When the police arrived the husband was taken to the hospital. There was at least 1 woman and the rest being men.

  20. Minnesota Vikings football player, Adrian Peterson avoided jail Tuesday by getting a deal with Texas prosecutors to resolve a child abuse case that renew a national debate about corporal punishment. Peterson was sentenced to a form of probation after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge of reckless assault for using a wooden switch to discipline his 4-year-old son. Right away it wasn't really clear about how plea deal would affect his playing status or whether he might be subject to a new NFL policy that suspenses him for playing 6 games without pay for a first domestic violence offense. If he had been convicted of the charge, he would have had to be in prison for two years and pay a $10,000 fine. Instead, he received two years of deferred adjudication, which is some kind of probation. He was then fined $4,000 and must complete parenting classes and perform 80 hours of community service.

  28. The slow moving lava flow from Kilauea volcano in Hawaii has been declared as a major disaster by Barak Obama. The little town of Pahoa is being approached by the lava. The lava is about 300 feet from one of the homes in the town. The leading edge of the flow is 35 yards but the biggest width the flow has had is 500 yards. So far the lava has only burnt down a shed and covered part of a cemetery. 83 troops have been deployed by the national guard to a town with 950 residents to set up road blocks. The lava is getting wider and is putting more people at risk. This lava flow has been moving forward for about 30 years.
