A three year boy named Rhys Hume was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, a rare childhood cancer in October. He is receiving his treatment in Belfast. That did not work so another officer held on to another officers ankle so he could go down the drain and scrapped at the ice around the kitten and soonly the cat was free.
