On Wednesday, A 32-year-old man in Massachusetts is facing murder charges. four days after another man's remains were found in a duffel bag. Carlos Colina will be arraigned the morning of April 14 for murder in connection with the remains discovered Saturday in Cambridge. Earlier in the week, Colina was arraigned on charges of assault and battery causing serious bodily injury and improper disposal of a body.

Mother has been hospitalized after her arrest for abandoning her 21 year old quadriplegic son with cerebral palsy in the woods with nothing but a blanket and a bible. She reportedly left her son in the wooded area on Monday, when she left for Montgomery to visit her boyfriend. Police have not yet released the reason she is in the hospital but she will face trial when she is released.
Obie Anthony was released from prison last week after being sentenced to life in prison for a murder he didn't commit. Anthony has been in a south L.A. prison for 17 years now. He was put in prison for a murder "he committed" in 1994 during a robbery, and he was charged with murder only by one persons eye witness. Now the L.A. police have found out the eye witness was lying, and actually committed the crime. Antony was payed with 18 million dollars, and released from prison.

He was secretly videotaping a female co-worker while she was in the bathroom. During the investigation, detectives with the Metro Nashville Police Department in Tennessee and found out the the agent, 33 year old Daniel Boykin, has entered the woman's home multiple times and took videos, photo and other data. There was more than 90 videos and 1,500 photos of the victim on Boykin's phone and computer. Two 18-month-old twins drowned after their mother tried to fend off a bee and she let go of the stroller, which rolled into a canal. Alexis Keslar was walking with her twin sons, along a canal in Yuma on Friday. "The stroller rolled away from her into the canal, with the boys belted in the seat," police said. Keslar went into the canal and tried to rescue her sons, but was knocked down by the steep sides of the canal, the depth of the water and the force of the current. The current washed the stroller away.Keslar got out of the canal and called for help. The irrigation district that manages the canal slowed the flow of water and reduced the water level to help emergency workers find the boys. After more than an hour of searching, the toddlers were found and flown to a hospital, where they were pronounced dead later on.

The parents had dropped their 6 & 10 year old children off at at the park so they could play after a six hour drive from Uptown New York. The children were supposed to be home by 6 p.m., but when they weren't home by 6:30, the parents started getting worried. It had turned out that the police had picked the children up agin for the second time, but this time instead of taking them home, they took them to CPS (Child Protective Services). CPS had not let the parents know that they had the kids till around 8:30, and the parents were not able to take their kids home till about 10:30, although the parents had to sign a temporary safety plan saying their children would be supervised at all times until a follow-up visit.

Black Hawk county sheriffs office says Amanda Shares, 58 drove ontp the shoulder and returned on to the road. Researchers keep finding tanning beds are linked strongly to cancer. They cause a lot of Melanoma cases. A girl on the west coast who was a life guard and only used SPF 4 working many hours a week found a large gold ball sized lump in her thigh. She found she had stage 3 melanoma and is now dead. She stayed positive even though in high school when she had a mole removed the doctors didn't realize it was cancerous until she got really sick. The parents were furious but she let the hospital settle in the case. Being outside withe low SPF sun screen or going to the tanning beds may cause cancer, you are at high risk if you do these. This is why girl should be careful and know there are other ways of looking tan.

There was a crash on Interstate 435 in Kansas City, Missouri has claimed the lives of a young mother, her three children and a teenage friend. The mother was 24 and the teenage friend was 17. The crash happened just after 5 pm on Saturday.

In Waterloo on Saturday police say that a bullet went through the window of a home with several children inside the home. This home was located on the corner of Ricker and Manson streets. The police say there was 10 family members in the home at this time also including 8 children and the youngest appeared to be two years old. Some people in the house said they heard four or five gunshots with one bullet entering through a bedroom window. The good thing is that no one was hurt, also there was no arrest yet.

Former New England Patriots Aaron Hernadez will be facing the rest of his life behind bars. He was found guilty of murder. He will only be let out to get more of his murder cases settled.

On April 14, in the Black Hawk county a woman was taken to a hospital after she crashed her car into a semi. Black Hawk county sheriffs office says Amanda Shares, 58 drove ontp the shoulder and returned on to the road. She drove arcoss the center line, and went to oncoming lane of traffic. her vehicle was hit by a semi driver. The police officers say she's going to survive.

Adrian Peterson has been reinstated back in the NFL. He can now participate in all team activities. Peterson was suspended in November after he was indicted on charges of reckless or negligent injury to a child.

Researchers keep finding tanning beds are linked strongly to cancer. They cause a lot of Melanoma cases. A girl on the west coast who was a life guard and only used SPF 4 working many hours a week found a large gold ball sized lump in her thigh. She found she had stage 3 melanoma and is now dead. She stayed positive even though in high school when she had a mole removed the doctors didn't realize it was cancerous until she got really sick. The parents were furious but she let the hospital settle in the case. Being outside withe low SPF sun screen or going to the tanning beds may cause cancer, you are at high risk if you do these. This is why girl should be careful and know there are other ways of looking tan.

This guy made a a physical key board for the smart phone. Black berry is going to try to sue him. He claims that he did not do anything to copy their idea and that he is going to fight their case vigorously. The key board works separately and with a separate battery.
