  1. A florida gunshop owner has offered some great discounts for "9/11 weak". At this very same store, he is giving George Zimmerman an oppertunity to sell some of his confederate flag paintings. The store owner has also declared the shop a "muslim-free zone". He posted the following tweet - :It's 9/11 week. Use coupon code "muslim" at our site for $25 off any gun. Come in Fri for a free car wash and beer!" Although some would disagree with the "anti-muslim" mood of the store, it's undeniable that this is a great way to show patriotism to your country.

  3. Now, in the Netherlands, it is illegal to have wild animals used in circuses. Tuesday, September 15, 2015 the banned went officially into effect.

  4. A 76 year old women, Mavis Albin, decided to play basketball to complete a childhood dream. She has always wanted to be a professional basketball player, before there was a WNBA. She was 50 when she saw an article in the paper about a retired women's basketball team. The team is called The Tigerettes. She joined and her and the team are now leading to their 8th gold metal in the America's Senior Olympics. Her doctor has told her she will need knee replacements, but it has been 15-16 years now and she hasn't had any knee problems.

  5. Two dogs ran away from home in Washington state. Five days after they ran away VIPP (Vashon Island Pet Protection) came into the picture. VIPP received a phone call about a dog that matched the description of one of the two dogs. They said a dog would come out of the woods when they were outside and get their attention then the dog would go back in the woods. VIPP folowed the lead they searched the woods calling the dogs names ( Tellie and phoebe ) They would get a single bark response. following the bark they found Tillie laying by an old cistern when the rescue sorceress went to look inside it they found Phoebe trapped but safe.

  7. Tracy Orr could no longer afford to pay payments on her house. Even after selling her property, it couldn't stop the foreclosure. Tracy decided to go to the auction where her house would be sold off. That's when Marilynn, a complete stranger, stepped in and bought back Tracy's house for her

  8. Six police officers take the daughter of a fallen colleague to the Father-Daughter dance. An 8 year old named Jewel Warren's father was killed while he was on duty four years ago, when she was 4. Six of the father's old coworkers escorted the little girl to the dance since her father wasn't there.

  9. A lady couldn't afford her house payments after loosing her job. She was forced to sell the house, and decided to go to the sale. At the sale she watched as her house was being sold to a complete stranger, but a good samaritan behind her bought the house for her. She said she thought she would do a good deed, and bought the house for $30,000.

  10. A woman’s house was being actioned off because she couldn’t afford payment on it after loosing her job. She tried to pay off her debt by selling her own property. Then the house sold for $30,000. a good Samaritan who bought it gave it back to her.

  11. Leon Logothetis is riding his yellow motorcycle, which he calls Kindness One. He is attempting to travel around the world on nothing but the kindness of strangers. No money. No food. Nowhere to stay. "It's all about inspiring other people and being inspired myself," Logothetis said. In Las Vegas he gave a family food and a place to sleep.   13. The Wildfires in california are either partly contained or mostly contained. Nearly 9 million acres have burned. The biggest fire has been put out. Some people have died, but many have been saved. People are still in the way of the fire though. They should be safe along they follow the evacuation order.

  14. In an episode of Ink Master, which is a reality show, they had the contestants get tattoos designed by their loved ones/family members that have Down Syndrome. They were allowed to help them draw and design the tattoos as long as they didn't do it all for them.

  15. 13- year-old Dawson Riverman was born without fingers on his left hand, but a 3D printer and some generous people changed that. Riverman wanted to pay it forward, so he and his family teamed up with a local school to purchase a 3D printer that will be used exclusively for prosthetics that will go to people around the world who need them.

  16. Whitney Huston hologram. The hologram is coming in 2016! Thanks to Pat Huston who is the president of Whitney Huston Esate. When people asked him in 2014 about the hologram, he wondered if it would be ok since she had only died two and a half years ago. The hologram will be performing in a major us venue show.

    In a video from the U.N. Refugee Agency, 17-year-old Aslan, who's from Damascus, says he trekked 500 kilometers (about 311 miles) on foot to the Greek island of Lesbos, and insisted on keeping his puppy, Rose, with him, despite the grueling journey.

  18. Photographer Ashlee Wells Jackson,Created the Trimester Bodies Project. Which is about women who tell themselves all the flaws they have on their bodies from having kids which no one else could see. The women grew up with bodies they loved so they felt terrible after child birth. This project helped them realized how beautiful they are and the love they got out of it.

  19. These two sisters are on a road trip for change.

    Sam and Alex Kimura are on a cross-country road trip to rally people to join the National Bone Marrow Registry and to find a donor for Sam, CBS News reported. The 22-year-old has severe aplastic anemia and is in need of a bone marrow transplant, and the girls are using the trip to both find a match for Sam and encourage others to donate.

  21. Mozambique has been claimed completely land mine free. It's been a 22 year operation. When at it's worst it was the worst mined country. They would use rats who can sniff out explosives but don't weight enough to set them off.

After almost a month, Chase Aeschliman, the young boy from Wadena, Iowa, who suffered a stroke, after a football injury on August 24th, moved his right leg by himself on Saturday, September 19th. In the video of him moving his leg, he also was laughing with his dad. Chase is now in Ankeny, Iowa at the On With Life rehabilitation center.

  27. Sheriff’s Deputy Brian Bussell, of Butler County, Ohio, went beyond the call of duty when he put up a homeless family in a hotel for 10 days and sent them on a shopping spree. Using money out of his own pocket, the deputy put Gray and her kids up in an Oxford hotel for 10 days, and took the family shopping at a nearby Walmart, buying them clothing, shoes and food.

  32. On late Sunday evening into Monday morning there will be a special thing in the sky. The "Supermoon", which comes every year, but this year it will be 14% larger and 30% brighter. This will also be the 4th and final "Blood Moon". The Supermoon eclipse wont be back until 2033.

  33. A California man did the right thing when a pizza place got his order wrong. He asked for chicken wings but Domino’s delivered $1,300 in cash to him instead.The delivery driver, who was supposed to drop off the money at a bank, had hidden the cash in a delivery box. He didn’t realized he’d accidentally given Mike Vegas the box with the money, until he arrived at the bank.

  35. Kim Carter at a very young age, was exposed to heavy drugs, violence and criminal activity. It wasn't long before the life Carter witnessed became her own. At 5 years old, she had her first drink. At 17, her first hit of crack cocaine. She had been in and out of prison many times. While in prison in 1993, she was accepted into a rehabilitation program that started her on a path to overhaul her life and get clean. Today, Carter and her nonprofit, the Time for Change Foundation, help homeless women reclaim their lives. The group provides housing, counseling and job training, as well as services to help women reunite with their children. She has helped out at least 800 women just like her.

  40. A rescue dog from 9/11 had his 16th birthday he is the last rescue dog left from 9/11. He was honored yesterday in front of wear the towers were. It was two hour long and the dog was giving a medal of his service.

  42. There are many great things that can happen that people don't express or point out. There was a boy who is 13 years old now. He was born with no fingers on his left hand, well at age 13 he was given the chance to have fingers. Thanks to a 3D printer. Another example as you may or may not know it is very expensive, well congress noticed this and the opened a tax-free savings account to help pay for special needs. The list goes on.
