The amazon rainforest is still on fire. The amazon is the home of many animals and it is being destroyed from a forest fire that isn’t stopping. Climate change is making flooding even more powerful. There was a recent study that came out that showed data of floods being worse because of climate change. A scientist says that when there is a warmer climate it can hold more water. In different parts of the world things are the opposite though. Some places floods are decreasing and in other places floods are increasing. In the south and the north. In the north precipitation is increasing making the soil even more wet. In the south the higher temperatures cause more evaporation, so less water to flood.

The amazon rainforest is still on fire. The amazon is the home of many animals and it is being destroyed from a forest fire that isn’t stopping. Brazil’s leader and preceders were said to be the reason it was burned. As it gets harder for farmers to work they need more land. Farmers went to the forest and set it on fire to make room for farming. Some people feel this could be a slow extinction for many animals and even humans. Since some environmental protection agencies couldn’t stop this it is affecting a lot.
