  3. Impossible Foods filed an application in the European Union hinting that they want to advance in the market and expand outside of the US and Asia. The maker of the plant-based burgers filed a request to be able to use soy leghemoglobin in Europe. Soy leghemoglobin is produced from genetically modified yeast and it is what Impossible Foods uses to make their fake meat. Europe has a strict legal regime on genetically modified food which means that getting approval will take some time.

  4. A survey conducted in Poland asked what the biggest threat in the 21st century was, and white males under the age of 40 said “the LGBTQ party”. All over Poland and Central Europe people have started to tolerate more and more LGBTQ persons, but with this change come an uprise of religious and public hate towards the community. On Thursday the biggest national LGBTQ+ gathering was told the iron-curtain remained intact for people of queer and transgender preference. My article is about the bear attacking at a circus while it was performing. The show was in Russia and it happened on Wednesday. The bear attacked when a flash from a camera scared it. The bear clawed the trainer and pushed him down, then tried to bite him. The bear could not bite the man because it was wearing a mask and another man came over and started to kick the bear. No one was injured during the act and the bear was taken away. The bear was not killed because it was not the bear's fault.

  21. Thousands of years ago, two very large armies were engaged in a fight in northern Germany at the Tollense river. One soldier who came all the way from the south-central part of Europe was killed, and his body floated down the river. New studies have found that the soldier’s things were found eight feet deep in the river, and perfectly preserved in the mud at the bottom. The document of our ‘diving heroes’ had a considerable number of human bones and different tools at the bottom of the river in the original position. Thomas Terberger said that all the different things that are being found next to all the human bones could only mean that the people who have died were once a warrior. The different tools and other things that were found were some bronze pieces, some small swords, a few knives, and a chisel.

  27. 30 years ago, the NFL tried to enstablish a globalization project. Well, it failed. Today in Europe it's more active than ever. There are NFL games being held in Europe every few weeks. This is not the first time the NFL has gone global. They have had games in Mexico, Canada, Sweden, Japan, Germany, China, and even Australia. NFL's attempt to go global has worked so far. Although, they have had ideas to have European teams in the NFL. Which comes with extreme money and other side effects.

The results, published in the Nature journal on Wednesday, show that many of the nearly 2,700 insect species have declined by over a third in ten years."To decide whether it is a matter of the more mobile forest-dwelling species having more contact with agriculture, or whether it has something to do with living conditions in the forests, further study will be needed," Martin Gossner, a former TUM researcher, added. It attributed habitat loss by conversion to intensive agriculture as the main driver of the declines.
